1. Introduction and Beta Service Status

Welcome to Dirivio! This application ("App") is a communications channel designed to connect users with accommodation providers. Please be aware that this App is currently in a beta testing phase. The functionality described herein is for demonstrative purposes only, and no real-world financial transactions or reservations can be made through this platform at this time. Any "bookings" or "messages" made are for test purposes only and do not constitute a legal or binding reservation or agreement with any accommodation provider.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. The Dirivio Service

• Current Functionality: The App provides a platform for users to browse a directory of fictive accommodation providers and to use a chat function to communicate with these providers for demonstrative purposes.
• Future Functionality: While currently in a testing phase, Dirivio's future services will include:
  • Facilitating "Pay-at-Stay" reservations.
  • Collecting credit card data to handle late cancellation or no-show fees.
  • Booking and payment processing for real reservations (when live).
• No Financial Transactions or Binding Contracts: At this time, no payment information is being collected or processed. Any simulated booking process is for user experience testing only and is not a legal or binding contract with any accommodation provider.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, such as the communication channels, we will ask you to provide your first name and email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fictive Accommodation Providers

You acknowledge that the accommodation providers listed on the App are currently fictive and for testing purposes only. You agree not to attempt to make a real reservation or payment with these listings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Dirivio, its partners, or other users. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: misrepresenting your identity, using the chat function for spam or harassment, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Dirivio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included. You use the App at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Dirivio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if Dirivio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Future Business Model

Dirivio's future business model involves generating revenue from monthly fixed subscriptions paid by accommodation providers. These terms will be updated as this model is implemented.

8. Changes to Terms

Dirivio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
